Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cornmeal mix
    1/4 c. flour
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. oil
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 can cream-style corn
    1 onion, chopped fine
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    3 chopped jalapenos or 1/4 c. pickled jalapenos, chopped
    buttermilk
Preparation
    In a bowl, mix cornmeal and flour.
    Add all other ingredients except buttermilk; stir well.
    Add enough buttermilk needed for your cornbread batter.
    Pour into greased muffin tins.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes until done and lightly browned.
