Marinated Fish Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. orange juice concentrate, thawed
    1/4 c. lemon juice concentrate
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 tsp. dill weed
    4 (1-inch) fish steaks
Preparation
    In large dish or plastic bag, combine juices, oil and dill weed; mix well.
    Add fish steaks.
    Cover marinated steaks and place in refrigerator for
    2 hours.
    Turn occasionally.
    Grill or broil until fish flakes with fork.
    Frequently baste.
    Makes 4 servings.
