Bran Muffins(Low-Fat, Low Cholesterol) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 (16 oz.) box regular bran cereal or 15 oz. raisin bran
    1 c. applesauce
    1 c. Egg Beaters
    1 qt. buttermilk
    5 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix ingredients in order given; let stand one hour and mix again.
    Batter will keep in refrigerator for 2 weeks.
    Bake in greased cupcake tins at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes or microwave in microwavable muffin tin 5 minutes on High (depending on your microwave power.)
