Cucumber And Tomato Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium cucumbers
    2 Tbsp. butter/margarine
    1 medium onion
    2 medium tomatoes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 tsp. dill weed
Preparation
    Slice cucumbers into 1-inch slices.
    Slice onion into rings. Slice tomatoes into wedges.
    Heat margarine in a 12-inch skillet over medium heat.
    Cook cucumbers and onions about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender-crisp.
    Stir in tomatoes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Cook, stirring occasionally, just until tomatoes are hot.
    Sprinkle with dill.
    Serves 6.
