Portia'S Banana Wheat Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. whole wheat flour
1/4 c. wheat germ
1 1/2 c. mashed banana
1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. honey
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. pecans
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients; stir well.
Combine banana, oil, honey, eggs and vanilla; mix well.
Add to dry ingredients; stir until moistened.
Spoon into a well-greased loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, or until it tests done.
Makes 1 loaf (9 x 5 x 3-inch).
