Chicken In Tomato Basil Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1 (14 oz.) can plum tomatoes
    1/2 c. whipping cream
    1/2 c. fresh julienned basil leaves
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Saute onion in butter in medium skillet for 5 minutes.
    Turn heat to high.
    Add tomatoes and juice.
    Cook until reduced (4 minutes).
    Add cream.
    Bring to boil; cook 3 minutes.
    Stir in basil, salt and pepper.
    Place chicken breasts into shallow baking pan.
    Pour cream sauce over chicken.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6.
