Sauced Mostaccioli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 lb. 12 oz. can (3 1/2 c.) tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 lb. pepperoni, thinly sliced
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced or 1 (3 oz.) can
    12 oz. mostaccioli
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In a large skillet, brown ground beef; remove and reserve.
    In same skillet, cook onion and garlic until crisp-tender.
    Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and tomato paste and salt.
    Add reserved beef, pepperoni and mushrooms.
    Simmer, covered, 1 hour.
