Lemon Garlic Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 chicken cutlets
1 can chicken broth
1 lemon
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 1/2 sticks butter
Preparation

Cut chicken into thin slices.
Coat with milk and then flour. Melt butter in a large frypan.
Brown all chicken well.
When all the chicken is browned, remove.
Add sliced lemon and garlic until garlic is brown and lemon is soft.
Add chicken broth and chicken. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
