Beef-Greens-Potato Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef or turkey
    1 medium onion, diced
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 c. fresh mushrooms or 1 (8 oz.) can
    1/2 lb. fresh green beans or 1 can (use liquid for soup dilution)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 tsp. salt (optional)
    1/2 tsp. minced garlic or powder
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 can liquid
    1 lb. small red or white potatoes with skins
    1/4 c. green, red or yellow diced peppers (gives an attractive color)
Preparation
    Saute onion in vegetable oil 2 to 3 minutes.
    Crumble ground beef or turkey and cook.
    Add garlic, salt and pepper.
    Blend soup with liquid; add to skillet.
    Add mushrooms.
    Cook potatoes and green beans until done.
    Add to skillet and simmer gently until flavors are blended; do not boil.
