Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts
1 onion, diced
1 (10.75 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 c. cornflakes cereal crumbs
1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Boil chicken until tender. Shred or cube. In large bowl, combine chicken pieces, water chestnuts, onion, soup and most of the cereal crumbs. Pour mixture into 9 x 13 baking dish. Sprinkle remaining flakes on top of mixture. Bake for 1 hour.
