Fried Rice Sticks With Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. boneless pork
    boiling water
    4 oz. dried rice sticks
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 small clove garlic, minced
    1/3 c. sliced green onion
    1 c. fresh pea pods, halved lengthwise
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped mushrooms, drained
    1/4 c. homemade chicken broth
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Partially freeze pork; thinly slice pork and then cut into shreds.
    Pour enough boiling water over rice sticks to cover.
    Let stand 5 minutes; drain.
    Rinse in cold water.
    Drain well.
