Squash Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. squash
    2 c. onions
    4 bell peppers (sweet)
    4 hot peppers
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. sugar
    2 c. vinegar
    2 tsp. celery seed
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    2 tsp. turmeric
Preparation
    Chop the squash, onions and peppers and mix well with the salt; let stand for 1 hour.
    Mix the remaining ingredients together and boil for 2 minutes.
    Pour it over squash, onions and peppers and boil 5 to 10 minutes, then can.
