Vegetable Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. plain gelatin
    3 oz. softened cream cheese
    1 pt. mayonnaise
    2 tomatoes, chopped
    1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    salt, pepper and dill weed to taste
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup boiling water. Add 1/4 cup cold water. Add cream cheese and mayonnaise. Mix with beater. Add chopped vegetables to gelatin mixture, then salt, pepper and
    dill weed to taste. Pour into serving container and refrigerate until set. Serve with crackers or party bread.
