Lo-Cal Italian Chicken Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. chicken
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    3/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 (28 oz.) can Italian tomatoes
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    In large nonstick frypan, over high heat, place chicken and cook, turning, until brown on all sides.
    Push chicken to one side of pan.
    Add celery, green pepper, onion and mushrooms.
    Stir and cook 5 minutes.
    In bowl, place whole tomatoes; stir in garlic salt, parsley flakes, oregano, basil, pepper and vinegar.
    Add to frypan.
    Bring to boil; reduce heat.
    Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Remove cover and cook 10 minutes more or until fork-tender.
