Good Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 lb. pkg. lasagna noodles
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. cottage cheese
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 dash freshly ground pepper
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
Preparation

Brown meat in a large skillet with onions (salt and pepper the meat as it cooks).
Drain off the fat.
Stir in spaghetti sauce and tomato paste.
Cook, stirring occasionally, until heated through (10 to 15 minutes).
