Sour Cream Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 pkg. corn tortillas
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 medium chopped onion
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1 small can chopped green chilies
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese and grated Cheddar cheese for topping
Preparation
    Combine together over medium heat, onion, tomato sauce, green chilies and Velveeta cheese until cheese is melted.
    Brown ground beef; drain and add to mixture.
    Fold in sour cream.
    Soften tortillas in oil.
    Layer mixture and tortillas.
    Top with grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
