Taco Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. potato flakes
    8 oz. sour cream
    2/3 c. water
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. shredded lettuce
    1 c. chopped tomatoes
    2 c. slightly crushed nacho tortilla chips
    taco sauce (if desired)
Preparation
    Combine potato flakes, sour cream and 2/3 cup water.
    Press into 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven 20 to 25 minutes.
