Shrimp Con Queso - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. cooked, peeled shrimp (I use 2 lb. bag from Sam's)
    1 box white rice
    10 to 12 oz. Velveeta cheese (I use bag of shredded)
    1 can Ro-Tel
    1 can celery soup
    1 stick margarine
    1 green bell pepper
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. green onions, chopped
Preparation
    Saute green onions, celery and green bell pepper in margarine. Add Ro-Tel (I use mild) and cream of celery soup. Add cheese and simmer, then add the cooked shrimp. Serve on white rice.
