Long Johns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    2 c. lukewarm water
    2 c. mashed potatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. lard
    1 c. sugar
    5 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    10 c. bread flour or until stiff
Preparation
    Work like bread dough and let rise until double.
    Roll out and cut strips.
    Let rise again.
    Bake.
