Peach Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. oil
    3 c. self-rising flour
    1 (3 oz.) apricot jello (dry)
    4 eggs, well beaten
    2 c. chopped peaches
    2 tsp. lemon extract
    1 c. flaked coconut
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add oil and sugar; mix well.
    Add flour, dry jello, coconut and lemon extract.
    Mix well.
    Mix chopped peaches by hand. Bake in tube or loaf pans that have been greased and floured.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 until a toothpick comes out clean.
    This bread freezes well.
