Aunt Sue'S Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Shoe Peg corn
    1 can French-style string beans
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 c. grated cheese
    1/2 c. water
    2/3 stack Ritz crackers, crumbled
    2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Drain all vegetables and mix together into large casserole dish.
    Add soups, cheese, onion, pepper, sour cream and water to vegetables.
