Chicken In Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can onion soup
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can water
    1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
    6 to 8 pieces chicken
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix soups, water and rice in small roaster.
    Lay pieces of chicken, skin side up, on mixture.
    Salt and pepper to taste. Cover pan tightly.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Remove cover and bake at 450\u00b0 for 20 minutes
