Grandma Ruby'S Season For Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    bell pepper (seeds and all)
    celery
    onions
    parsley
    hot peppers
    tomatoes, peeled and cut
    salt to season
Preparation
    Chop bell peppers, celery, onions, parsley, hot peppers and tomatoes.
    Add salt to season.
    Cook all ingredients until tender, then cool.
    Spoon in plastic ice trays or Ziploc bags and freeze mixture.
    If using ice trays, when mixture is frozen, place in Ziploc bags and take out as needed for gravy.
