Cheese Fondue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 c. scalded milk
3 eggs, separated
1 1/2 c. diced or grated cheese
1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
salt if needed
Preparation

Add crumbs and milk. Let stand for 5 minutes. Then add well beaten egg yolks, cheese, butter, mustard and salt, if used. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Turn into well buttered baking pan and bake in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes.
