Rhubarb Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    2/3 c. cooking oil
    1 egg
    1 c. sour milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. diced rhubarb
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (pecans, walnuts or black walnuts)
Preparation
    Stir ingredients together in the order as listed above.
    Pour batter into 2 well-greased and floured bread pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
