Mexican-Topped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large baking potatoes
    vegetable oil
    1/2 lb. hot bulk pork sausage
    1 lb. process American cheese, cubed
    1/4 c. milk
    1 (10 oz.) can tomatoes and green chiles, undrained and chopped
    shredded lettuce
    chopped tomato
Preparation
    Wash potatoes and rub with oil.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
    Cook sausage until browned, stirring to crumble; drain well.
    Combine cheese and milk in top of a double boiler; bring water to a boil.
    Reduce heat to low; cook until cheese melts. Stir in sausage and tomatoes and green chiles.
