Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 gal. milk
    1 c. Carolina rice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 large eggs
    1 c. sugar
    pinch of cinnamon
Preparation
    In a bowl, pour 1/2 of the milk, eggs and vanilla; set aside. In a saucepan, pour rest of milk, rice and sugar.
    Heat and stir until milk boils.
    Lower heat and cook until rice is soft.
    Mix other ingredients in bowl and pour in pan.
    Cook until thick. Pour into bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon.
