Brownies With Caramel Layer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
    3/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. chopped nuts
    50 caramels
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. chocolate chips
    remaining cake mix
Preparation
    While baking, melt 50 caramels (14 ounce package) in 1/3 cup evaporated milk.
    Pour over partially-baked cake, then top with 1 cup chocolate chips, then remaining cake mix.
    Bake another 15 to 25 minutes.
