Veg-All Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. Veg-All mixed vegetables
    1/2 c. onions
    1/2 c. celery
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 can water chestnuts
    4 oz. sharp shredded cheese
    handful corn bread stuffing
Preparation
    Drain water chestnuts and slice thin.
    Mix all together.
    Put in 8 x 8-inch baking pan.
    Top with corn bread stuffing and cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
