Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. plain flour
    1 1/4 c. shortening
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    6 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Combine first three ingredients, using a fork to cut shortening into flour and salt.
    Add last 3 ingredients to mix and mix well.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Makes about 6 crusts.
