Shrimp Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can tomato soup
    1/4 c. cold water
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/3 c. chopped celery
    1/2 lb. shrimp, cooked and chopped
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/3 c. chopped green pepper
    1 small can crab meat (if desired)
Preparation
    Heat soup to boiling.
    Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cold water. Add gelatin to soup.
    Cool.
    Beat together cheese and mayonnaise. Blend in soup mixture.
    Add vegetables, shrimp and crab meat if using.
    Fold into greased 1-quart mold.
    Chill 1 to 2 hours. Serve with crackers.
    Makes 20 servings.
