Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. white corn syrup
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix together sugar, cocoa and cornstarch.
Add syrup, milk and salt.
Cook over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves.
Do not stir again until it reaches soft ball stage.
Remove from heat.
Add vanilla and butter.
Do not stir.
Let cool 1/2 hour. Beat until stiff and pour into pan.
