Welsh Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/3 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 c. margarine
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. currants or raisins
    1 egg
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Cut in margarine until very fine.
    Add currants and mix well.
    Add beaten egg and milk.
    Mix until all dry ingredients are moistened.
    Roll to 3/8-inch thick and cut with 2-inch cutter.
