Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce, shredded
    2 tomatoes, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 lb. ground beef (beef sirloin is best)
    1 pkg. powdered McCormick taco seasoning
    1 (16 oz.) bag nacho cheese chips, crumbled
    1 bottle Russian or Catalina dressing
    1 bottle French dressing
Preparation
    Brown beef well.
    Add seasoning mix.
    Remove from heat and drain fat.
    (Roll in paper towel.)
    Mix together lettuce, tomatoes, onion and Cheddar cheese.
    Separately, mix 2 parts of Russian dressing and 1 part French dressing, then pour over lettuce mixture and toss.
    Right before serving, add crumbled cheese chips and toss entire mixture.
