Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 medium sized zucchini, shredded (2 c.)
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine the dry ingredients, then add remaining ingredients to the dry.
    Stir in 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional).
    Pour into 2 greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
