Super Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. cubed beef
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    8 to 10 small sliced mushrooms
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 lb. egg noodles
Preparation
    Brown beef and simmer over low heat with mushrooms until tender.
    Add small amount of water to keep moist.
    Add chicken soup; stir and simmer 15 minutes, then add mushroom soup and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
    Start boiling egg noodles.
    Add sour cream to beef mixture and simmer 15 minutes.
    Drain noodles when cooked to desired doneness.
    Ladle beef over top.
    Serves 4 to 6. Serve with French bread and salad.
