White Chocolate - Macadamian Nut Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter, softened
    1/2 cup shortening
    3/4 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup sugar
    1-1/2 tsp vanilla
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tsp baking soda
    2 cups flour (plain)
    7 ounces macadamia nuts, chopped
    8 ounces white chocolate, chopped
Preparation
    Cream butter, shortening and sugars.
    Add vanilla and egg. Sift together salt, soda and flour.
    Add to creamed mixture.
    Add nuts and chocolate.
    Bake at 325 degrees on parchment paper until light brown. Makes 24 servings.
