Dolmathes(Stuffed Grape Leaves) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef or lamb
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. olive oil
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1/2 c. raw rice
1 3/4 c. water
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1 tsp. mint
salt and pepper
1 jar grape leaves
1 1/2 c. bouillon
Preparation

Mix meat with egg.
Add onion, rice, parsley, mint, olive oil and 1/4 cup of water.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Set aside.
Wash bottled grape leaves in warm water.
Gently separate. Place shiny side down and place one spoonful of meat mixture on leaf.
Begin rolling from the stem end of the leaf.
Roll, folding in the sides as you go.
