Ingredients

1 lb. chopped dates
1 c. oil
3 c. shredded carrots
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. pineapple juice
2 c. flour
4 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into 9 X 13 pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
