Souped Up Seafood(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. tomato paste
    1 c. sliced carrots
    1 c. green beans
    2 swordfish, shark, halibut or cod steaks (about 1 lb.)
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh or 1/2 tsp. dried basil
Preparation
    In skillet, blend
    soup
    mix,
    water
    and tomato paste. Add vegetables; top with fish.\tBring to boil.\tSimmer covered 10 minutes, turning fish
    once.
    Remove
    fish to platter; stir basil into skillet.
    Arrange
    vegetables around fish; top with sauce.
