Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. home ground meal
    1/2 c. flour (plain)
    1/2 c. powdered milk (or little less)
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
    1 1/2 Tbsp. vegetable oil (heated in skillet)
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients well.
    Add water; mix well.
    Add 1/3 of oil that has been heated.
    Pour mixture in 9-inch skillet.
    Dip oil from sides of mixture and put over top of bread.
    Bake in one 9-inch skillet in 450\u00b0 oven until brown.
