Chicken In Paradise - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
8 oz. can chunk pineapple in juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. thyme, crumbled
3/4 c. dry white wine
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. diced scallions
Preparation

Brown chicken well in oil.
Add garlic, salt and thyme.
Drain pineapple juice from can into skillet. Add wine, cover and simmer 30 minutes.
Remove chicken to serving plates.
Stir sour cream into pan juices; add pineapple and green onions and heat through. Spoon over chicken and serve.
