Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. milk
    1 c. corn meal
    3 eggs, separated
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Scald milk.
    Gradually add meal to make a soft mush.
    Remove from heat.
    Add egg yolks, sugar, salt and butter.
    Beat egg whites and add.
    Place in a greased Pyrex dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serve hot with butter.
    Good!
