Ham And Cheese Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. milk
    2 tsp. canola oil
    2 Tbsp. diced cooked ham
    2 Tbsp. shredded cheese
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
Preparation
    Combine eggs, salt,
    pepper
    and
    milk; whisk until egg mixture is blended.
    Heat an 8-inch Teflon skillet over medium heat until hot enough
    to
    sizzle a drop of water.
    Add canola oil,
    rotating pan to
    coat
    bottom
    with
    oil.
    Pour
    in
    egg mixture.
    As mixture starts to cook, gently lift omelet with a spatula and tilt
    pan
    so
    uncooked
    portion flows underneath. When done, sprinkle half
    of
    the omelet with the ham, cheese, onion and green
    pepper.
    Fold
    omelet
    in
    half and carefully remove to serving plate.
    Serves 1.
