Cream Cheese And Roasted Pepper Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small green pepper
1/4 lb. cream cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. thinly sliced onion
1 clove garlic
4 drops Tabasco sauce
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
dash of salt
1 Tbsp. finely chopped chives
Preparation

Put the pepper under a broiler and cook, turning often, until the skin is burned all over.
Put the pepper in a brown paper bag and close tightly to seal.
When cool, remove the pepper from the bag.
Peel it and cut it in half.
Discard the stem, inner membranes and seeds.
Cut the pepper into fine dice and set aside.
