Angel Food Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 egg whites
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat the whites very stiff.
    When beaten, put in cream of tartar.
    Sift sugar and flour alternately 5 times.
    Fold in sugar first, then flour.
    Bake in cold oven to start, set at 250\u00b0, for 15 minutes, then at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes until golden brown.
