Butterscotch Cookies(Joe Powell) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. brown sugar
1 c. Crisco
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 1/2 c. flour
butterscotch chips

Preparation

Cream together brown sugar, Crisco, eggs and vanilla, then add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Bake at 350\u00b0.
