Mississippi Mud - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    3/4 stick melted oleo
    1 c. chopped pecans
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. Cool Whip
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1 c. sugar
    3 egg yolks
    3 Tbsp. cocoa (heaping)
    3 Tbsp. flour (heaping)
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 can water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Mix together sugar, cocoa and flour in a double boiler.
    Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
    Cook over boiling water until thick.
    Let cool.
    Pour over crust and cream cheese mixture. Top with Cool Whip.
    Chill before serving.
