Potato Boats - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 potatoes
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1 c. sour cream
    salt and pepper
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    4 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
Preparation
    Fix potatoes as for twice baked potatoes.
    Mash potatoes. Beat in milk and sour cream.
    Fold in other ingredients.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
