Ingredients

1 (14 oz.) can condensed milk
1 c. peanut butter
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. baking mix
granulated sugar
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine condensed milk, peanut butter, egg and vanilla. Beat well.
Add baking mix; mix well.
Chill for 1 1/2 hours.
Shape into 1-inch balls.
Roll in sugar.
Place 2-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Flatten criss-cross style with fork. Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until lightly brown. Cool.
Store tightly covered.
